This FL195K One FlashLite Strobe Softbox Kit from Smith-Victor is a compact, 110Ws flash kit with a boom arm, light stand and softbox. The 110i FlashLite strobe includes a 60W modeling lamp. This kit is ideal for a hairlight or a background light in a larger flash setup. A built-in slave "sees" the light from another flash, and fires instantaneously. A soft-sided carrying bag is included for storage and transport.

I liked this product because of it's great price and the fact it comes with the softbox on a boom.
I think it's great for simple stuff, just remember this strobe is not powerful. you must wait in between shots for the power to get back up.
Otherwise your exposure is all over the place.
