Adesso EZScan 2000 Mobile Document Scanner
The portable EZScan 2000 Mobile Document Scanner from Adesso is ideal for scanning anything on the go, from a business card to a legal size document. The EZScan 2000 draws power from your computer's USB port, eliminating the need to locate an outlet for the scanner. Feed the document through the scanner to create a PDF, JPEG, TIFF, PNG, or BMP file. Having a way to digitize documents on the go means no more having to carry around extra papers or risk losing an important file. The scanner even has a dedicated Scan-To-PDF button on the front panel so you can create a PDF in one easy step.
Once you scan a document, if the document contains text you can convert the scanned image into an editable text file using the included OCR software. Additionally, the scanner comes with a business card organizer which you can use to scan business cards when you meet new contacts on a business trip.
Scan
- The EZScan 2000 is easy to setup and operate. To scan, simply place document in paper slot and click the SCAN one-touch button and instantly your images appear on your computer screen in jpg format. For PDF format follow the same steps only click the one-touch PDF button instead
Edit
- Edit your scanned document les with the included software. Crop, rotate, adjust color, add shapes and much more! Also use the Optical Character Recognition (OCR) functions in software to extract text from scanned images and convert to an editable PDF, Excel, or Word document, you will never have to retype another document again
Share
- Easily share your scanned document files with others, you can either email files directly from editing software or save files to your computer and upload to your favorite website and social media. With the EZScan 2000 sharing printed documents electronically is easy
