The coverage in my house was poor on our deck and other places but the RE 1000 extended the coverage to all these areas. The most amazing part is the simplicity of the setup and the fact that you can plug it anywhere there's an AC outlet.

I thought this would provide a more powerful signal than my Verizon Wireless Modem. When I installed it near the router, the signal in the areas where the Verizon Modem signal was usually low was still low. I had to find a location between the wireless modem and the problem areas of the house to install the Range Extender. This gave me better signal strength in the previously weak areas. Overall, works pretty well, even though it was not what I expected.
