Comments about HP / Hewlett Packard 2509p 25" Premium Widescreen LCD Monitor:
I use two monitors on my home system. I purchased the HP-2509M monitor about 1.5 years ago and was using it with a Dell ST-2410 monitor. The color on the HP unit was more vibrant and clear. When I went to go and purchase another HP-2509M unit; they were no longer making them or very hard to come by. I wanted to replace the Dell with another HP monitor that was comprable to the one I already have. Since the previous model was not available I have come across the HP-2509p unit. The size of the screem matched the other unit and the picture quality is as good as the other one. I like the new enhancement with the power on/off switch and the ability to raise it either up/down and the tilt feature as well as the built in webcam (a feature that the HP-2509M does not have). The only problem with this particular monitor which is not a big deal but worth mentioning is the controls to adjust the settings for the unit. A little difficult to manipulate.
I would definitely purchase another unit if the need arises. I am most satisfied with it so far.
