The Sony ICF-CS15iPSIL Speaker Dock for iPod and iPhone (Silver) makes a well-mannered, mindful bedside mate offering rich, clear, stereo sound for your favorite tunes, podcasts, radio shows and more. You can set two alarms (maybe one for you and one for your partner) with the ability to program it for 2, 5, or 7-day alarms. So it could accommodate your work schedule and let you sleep in a little on the weekends.
After you install a free app onto your iPod or iPhone, you can enjoy enhanced clock and alarm functions. Plus, you can install a battery so that in case the power goes out during the night, your alarm will still go off to wake you in the morning. The speaker dock charges your iPod or iPhone when it's docked, so when you're ready to leave the house your device can easily tag along.
This speaker dock doubles as a bedside boombox -- it's ready to pump out your jams anytime of the day. In addition to your iDevices, you can connect a CD player, non-docking MP3 player, turntable, cassette deck, and more using the auxiliary audio input. To ensure great sound no matter what the source, Sony employs MEGA Bass and MEGA Xpand enhancements.
Additional conveniences include a clock display with LCD brightness control, a sleep timer, 30 presets for AM/FM radio stations, and automatic time setting with daylight savings time adjustment. Last but not least, you can kick back and control your iPod or iPhone using the convenient wireless remote control -- pretty handy if you don't feel like getting up from your favorite spot to pick a new song from your playlists!

It's designed for easy connectivity without the need for special adapters, so you can just plug and play -- even with your phone case attached. It will also charge your device as it's playing to avoid a drained battery.

- With three audio functions, you'll be able to fall asleep or wake up to your iPod, iPhone, a standard buzzer, or AM/FM radio. Two alarms can be activated independently of one another, and can also be set as a 2-5-7 day alarm to differentiate weekend and weekday settings.
