The Annual Support Package from Sibelius provides on-demand English assisted support for Avid Sibelius for one year. This package is for individual users only.
Support is available by phone or on-line and is limited to a single-named caller, available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm local time.
Note! Technical support is only available for technical problems with Avid products.
