The fast WorkForce Pro WP-4530 All-in-One Printer from Epson prints 16 ppm in black and 11 ppm in color. The machine provides multiple ways to print beyond the standard USB to PC connection. The Ethernet connection lets you share the printer with other computers on your network, allowing you to save resources and buy only one machine. For computers that are in other rooms, you can use the Wi-Fi to print wirelessly. Additionally, the printer addresses the needs of the growing Smartphone user population. The printer comes with Epson Connect which lets you print wirelessly from popular mobile devices such as an Android-based phone or a Blackberry.
The machine's 30-sheet ADF lets you scan, fax, and copy multiple double-sided pages at once. The copier lets you make up to 99 copies at a time and resize them anywhere from 25% to 400% of the original document size.
The built-in fax modem lets you send and receive faxes in full color. The fax can store up to 180 pages in its internal memory. If the machine is out of paper when a fax is received, the machine will store the pages in its memory for retrieval later on when you add more paper. Additionally, you can also "print" a document from your computer to any fax number, no need to print it out first before sending.
The scanner comes with OCR (optical character recognition) software which converts scanned documents into searchable text. Move closer to a paperless office by scanning all your files and saving them on the computer as searchable PDF files or editable text.

We use this all-in-one for our business. We print out a combination of written documents and graphic layouts. We are also 99% paperless and we scan all documents into .pdf's. We also run our businesses on Apple/Mac OS X so the seamless integration with OS X Lion and AirPrint was important.
The scanner works great and compared to other scanners I've used, we don't have to use extra software to scan to 300 dpi text documents that keep the file size down. The document feeder does not jam or skip pages, even in duplex mode.
On the printing side, it is much faster than our old inkjet printer. The print quality is where we need it to be.
We run the Workforce Pro off of a wifi Airport Extreme network and have 4 computers connected to print wirelessly. Wifi setup was easy and done right at the printer. The printer driver software was easily installed on the Macs and scan functions work right from the Print/Fax area in System Preferences.
The only drawback I've found to the printer so far is in the print output tray (the tray that holds completed prints) - sometimes the pages fall off of this and onto the floor, especially with large print jobs.

While the printer works fine in normal use, when you try printing from a remote device (iphone etc), the paper jams as the printer tries to print paper from the rear tray for some reason.
After repeated tries,I cannot get it to work and have accepted the it cannot do what it advertises. Shame really.
On the upside, it prints quickly and from a mac computer, I have no connection issues. Simply enter "command P" from any application and it brings up the printer dialogue. Simple on that end of things.
Print quality is good, speed is fast, but did not beat the Laser printer it replaces.
Decent machine, but would not buy again knowing its shortfalls.

I've used multiple printers. This one is definitely the fastest. It was a breeze to setup The instructions were easy to follow. The scanning feature, duplexing and print speed make this printer a true workhorse. The only complaint would be how loud the printer is when first turning it on and when powering off.
