The WorkForce Pro WP-4540 All-In-One Color Inkjet Printer from Epson offers fast print speeds of 16 ppm in black and 11 ppm in color. In addition to automatic duplex printing, the printer's 30-page ADF allows you to scan, fax, and copy stacks of two-sided originals in one easy step. The printer's large ink cartridges not only reduce the cost per page but also, together with the large paper trays, allow you to print larger jobs uninterrupted. The scanner can handle two-sided multipage documents (as large as 8.5 x 14.0") via the 30-page ADF. OCR software is included with the printer so you can convert scanned documents into editable text.
The WP-4540 features multiple connectivity options that make it easy to print from anywhere. Besides a standard USB connection, the printer has both Wi-Fi and wired Ethernet connectivity for easy printer sharing over a wired or wireless network. The printer also supports Email Print (print by emailing an attachment to your printer's dedicated email address), Google CloudPrint as well as an app for printing from an iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch.
