Easy to set up and use. Mainly purchased for wireless use, and the convenience is great. It is used mostly for documents and shopping coupons. So far it is fast and efficient with all my wireless devices and pc. operating accurately. So far there are no negatives except maybe the paper feeder, but that my be because it wasn't loaded properly. Overall extremely pleased.

Incredible value for an all-in-one printer. Print quality is very good, set up was relatively easy. You can manually duplex print, but the instructions, even on Epson's website, are not very good. When printing a multi page document, select the print option to print all the odd pages first, then flip over and manually put these in the print tray and print all the even pages next.
If you plan on doing a lot of duplex printing, I would go with the Epson 645 model - same as this, except it has auto duplex printing.
Customer service, shipping, etc. with B&H was excellent.

To be honest, I just set the printer up 3 days ago and have not yet had the chance to extensively test all the features. So far, so good, set up was easy, even with Mac OS lion, and the print out quality is very nice.

With the difficulties I experienced trying to set up my previous printer on my wireless network, from a different manufacturer, I was a little hesitant to go through the headaches. However, setting up the Epson Workforce 545 onto my network wirelessly was accomplished in about 15-20 minutes. It was easy to setup and has been working flawlessly for about a month from all three of our laptops. I downloaded and installed the free Epson iPrint app from the iTunes store and have print capability from all of our iPhones and my kid's iPod Touch. On my Asus Android tablet, I installed PrinterShare and it works quiet well with this printer. The Epson iPrint remotely shows the ink cartridge levels, allowing me to stay ontop of the ink levels.
I cannot speak for the printer's fax capability as I have not used it but copying and scanning appears to be okay.
If I had one complaint, the software/drivers that comes in the included CD was outdated and downloading and installing the updated software took the longest time during the install process. I had to do this for all three of my laptops and it became irritating.

Took it out of the box and in less than 25 minutes I had 2 Macs and a Toshiba laptop printing wirelessly with no problems. I haven't printed any photos with it yet, but all of the documents that I've printed and copied so far have all been laser quality. If you are looking for a powerful all-in-one at a bargain price, the Workforce 545 is perfect!

Wireless connection was easy - I loaded the drivers initially using a USB cable. Once it loads the software by wire, it's a snap to set up wireless connection to the router on the network.
The display is user-friendly - easy to navigate and perform various functions.
I have a workForce 845, and the 545 is like its little brother. Both very good buys for all-in-one printers.

I got scared at first because I have the latest version of Mac on my computer and the disk they give you with the printer doesn't work with lion, but I just went online and Mac had the latest version it downloaded and was on my computer in a matter of minutes! I bought this printer/fax/copier/scanner for home office use. I have used all of these functions and this machine has performed flawlessly.The quality of the prints and photo copies has been excellent thus far. I am a non-techy type user, but the setup was a breeze. My only criticism of this machine is the flimsy paper loading tray. It seems like it could be made from a sturdier plastic and sometimes it is difficult to load. Aside from that small flaw, it is a great 4 in 1 printer for the price.

Printer worked great right out of the box. It was easy to set up, and I was up and printing in no time. The printer has many features and I think you have to use them to learn about how to get the most out of the printer. My only issue is connecting to my wireless router. The printer showed offline when I try to print. I connected the printer with a USB cable and it works great. I use the printer for wireless printing with my IPad and IPod touch, and it works great. The issue may be my router or settings, not with the printer itself.
