Kodak 100 x 300mm Carbon 0.9 ND Wratten 2 Filter

The Kodak 100 x 300mm Carbon 0.9 ND Wratten 2 Filter is a solid neutral density filter providing a reduction of 3 stops. This 0.9 density creates a darkening of the entire image, allowing you to photograph with a wider aperture or slower shutter speed than normally required. By slowing your exposure time or increasing your aperture, you are able to control depth of field and convey movement more easily. Neutral density filters do not affect the coloration of the image and are ideal for pairing with other filters. Carbon neutral density filters do not affect the tonal rendition of colors and improve the neutrality on ultraviolet and infrared wavelengths.

Wratten 2 filters are constructed from gelatin for ease of use and consistent performance. When compared to the original Wratten filters, Wratten 2 filters are more rigid and durable, easier to handle, and less sensitive to humidity, static cling, and fingerprints.
