Comments about JVC GC-PX10 HD Memory Camcorder:
I love this camera for the niche it fills (High Speed Burst shooting). You can set it up to shoot at 60 frames per second for a burst of 130 frames @ 8 megapixels per frame. It has a small sensor, so don't expect D-SLR quality, but for the price it is amazing. I've also used it in the built-in time lapse mode which works great. The high speed movie mode is fun. I've never needed to put in an SD card because the camera has 32GB of built-in memory. I wouldn't suggest this as ones only camera, but it has great features for a second camera.

Comments about JVC GC-PX10 HD Memory Camcorder:
surprised and dissapointed all in one with this camera. I was expecting to get better low light video quality and as with most camcorders get poor to bad still shot quality. The camera definitely needs a certain amount of light to make it work, but with the right light, this thing is amazing, especially for [$]. The multi-shot stills come out crystal clear when shot outside, and the super slow motion works great. Indoors under regular lighting conditions, forget the still shots or super slow motion, but the high def video is decent. And, it stores in mpg4 format and reads like a hard drive so its a breeze to download the video or stills to your computer. I've shot with high end prosumer canons, panasonics and sonys. I almost returned the JVC but the quality and versatility of this camera in decent light made me hold onto it. Definitely worth [$].

Comments about JVC GC-PX10 HD Memory Camcorder:
Was very excited to get this camera, had all the things I wanted in camera. Had the 60p shooting, since I do pro sports filming, needed the camera for low-light and slow motion.
Right out of the box, this camera is super small and super light. Everything about it got on my nerves. From the way the display screen opened up, to the flimsy cheap design, the quality of video was HORRIBLE, the zoom was bad, I sent it back almost immediately.

Comments about JVC GC-PX10 HD Memory Camcorder:
Had it for about a week. Seemed flimsy. Access doors for hot shoe and SD card cheaply constructed.Menu complex, still pictures used lots of memory, but were inferior in quality. Video in bright light was fantastic, not so good in low light. Not well designed for hand held video for more than a minute or two. Instruction manual poorly written and incomplete.

Comments about JVC GC-PX10 HD Memory Camcorder:
As soon as B&H stocks this cam, I immediately added to cart, and bought this gear. Personally, this is my first camcorder
purchase, and I must say, picture quality
wass the best,as well as features and ease
of use. I was looking for another brand, hence, why don't I give it a try for a new release from JVC. Since JVC does makes good of a cam,I decided to go for JVC.
The picture quality was superb, it was FULL HD, and once direct playing from OS, it was far way much better than my hdtv quality. Or perhaps equilavent. But when I connect to the AV cables through TV monitor picture quality dropped dramatically, with my old W1900 Dell LCD tv.
other than that, I have no problem using it.
