Metal ADpak from XLN Audio is an expansion pack for the company's Addictive Drums that features a new Ludwig drum kit recorded in Los Angeles by Metal guru Ross Robinson (Korn, Slipknot).
Metal is all about power. The Ludwig Classic Maple drum kit has that in spades with thunderous toms, a heavy kick drum, a sharp but balanced snare drum and cutting Zildjian cymbals. The 18 piece drum kit was handpicked and tuned by Ross Robinson for the recording sessions.
- Eighteen piece Ludwig Classic Maple drum kit designed for Metal projects
- Includes over 30 mix presets tweaked by professional Metal producers and musicians such as Roberto Laghi and Björn Gelotte (In Flames), David E.K. (Fuge), Martin Preikschas, and many others
- The different presets all have different characteristics - big, small, close, wide, heavy and light
- A special feature is the trig sounds for the kick and the snare - 4 different trig sounds are included that deliver an extra edge and attack to the mix
