For an inexpensive tripod mount, this works great. Wish it had an adjustable neck or something to allow use of the tripod arm. But it's still easy enough to use that I don't mind too much about the awkward mounting angle.
The iPad is not a professional video or still camera, but this mount allows for comfortable and stable use of the iPad for general photography and video use. Beats holding the iPad in your hands and trying to take steady shots or holding it up for more than a few minutes.

For the price this accessory turns my iPad into an affordable teleprompter, when mounted on a tripod. I find myself using it for drawing and about everything else. It has become the main stand for my iPad 2. I recommend it to film makers, artist, and everyone else that has an iPad 2!
