Comments about Creative Labs EP-660 In-Ear Stereo Headphones:
I was a huge fan of the EP-630s for a few years and recently decided to purchase the new 660s to compare.
The 630s were my favorite for their impressive bass response and noise isolation. The 660s maintain the same quality, if not better. The sound seems very well balanced. Nothing I ever listen to is under 320Kbps so the fidelity stays very rich. I listen to EDM from progressive trance to bass heavy drum&bass and each song has its own feel to it; these pick up on sounds that were not nearly as noticable from before, but not in a distracting way.
I was concerned about the tilt-pipe acoustic chamber design, but these are actually very comfortable; same snug fit you expect and the sound quality is unmatched for the price.
The wires aren't the same as the 630s having a different feel to them entirely; more slick than rubbery. Not sure if that's bad or good, but something different.
Overall, these are the best earphones I've bought. They look stylish/durable, have sound response superior to any earphones I have ever enjoyed, and for the price, its hard to find anything better. You simply won't be disappointed.
