The Powerline AV+ 200 Adapter Kit from Netgear is an exceptional way to use your home or office's power outlets to connect your Ethernet-enabled computer or entertainment devices to the Internet. This kit features two Powerline AV+ 200 Adapters that can each transfer data at up to 200Mbps. With these adapters, you can connect computers, gaming consoles, and set-top boxes. In addition, these adapters feature an extra built-in power socket with noise-filtering, so you can connect a power strip or another device requiring power from a wall-outlet.
To setup your Powerline network, one adapter connects to your router while the other connects to any of the above mentioned devices. Each adapter fits into the wall outlets of your home or office and will work within a distance of 5000 square-feet of the building. The adapter is plug-and-play so you can immediately use it once everything's setup. Simply push the one-touch button to secure the connection.
