The Dymo CardScan Personal can extract information from business cards and automatically create contact entries in popular contact formats including Outlook, Palm, and Windows Mobile. The CardScan scans the data and adds it into the appropriate fields in your contact management software. It also allows you to verify and correct any US address, including the corresponding ZIP + 4 code and supports business cards in 7 different languages from 14 different countries. Once the contact information is scanned, you can use it to print labels, sync to your email platform, remove duplicates, and generate a map of any contact's address.
