Comments about CardScan Executive Scanner:
I had been using a CardScan 60II for a few years. After receiving a new company notebook computer with Windows 7 64bit, the 60II would not work period. I call CardScan and they verified this issue. I then purchased their new CardScan Executive and it works fine. The software is different when using it with Outlook, it is resident in Outlooks Tool bar as an Add-In. It works well scanning cards and placing them directly into Outlook with no problems. CardScans web site it extremely poor at finding anything useful. But this unit works well after installation. I had read many of the reviews on this item, but felt no one had a better or convenient product. It is a little pricy and they could use to develop one that works for personal use with Windows 7 64 bit.

Comments about CardScan Executive Scanner:
Instead of rummaging through boxes of business cards collected over the years, I can now type "Italy" and everyone I know from Italy comes up in seconds, along with a picture of the business card to jog my memory. This has become my most valuable tool for keeping my contacts organized and managing my business.

Comments about CardScan Executive Scanner:
I found a use for this scanner that I had not thought of. We are a car dealership and when someone needs key codes we require proof of ownership and a picture id. I used to scan on a flatbed but pictures were not good. Now I scan with the Executive scanner and store the proof as a file.

Comments about CardScan Executive Scanner:
I have been a CardScan user since 2000 and struggled along for years with a standard flatbed scanner and CardScan V6.0.6. Upgrading to the Executive V9 was a breath of fresh air - the capture speed, ease of use - just keep feeding the cards in as the simply go in the front and come out the back, and accuracy improvements are notable.
I would highly recommend this to anyone processing moderate to large volumes of cards.
