The 3TB FreeAgent GoFlex Desk External Hard Drive with USB 3.0 includes a 3TB GoFlex Desk Drive and USB 3.0 interface adapter. It ensures automatic continuous backup and protects your privacy with powerful encryption software. The GoFlex drive is designed to work with alternate interface adapters (sold separately) for maximum flexibility and increased transfer speeds.
The drive offers you 3TB of storage space, and along with it, you will receive the USB 3.0 adapter. The adapter is backwards compatible with USB 2.0 interface and features a capacity gauge. The drive also ships with Seagate's Dashboard management tool for easy management of backup schedules and file encryption, as well as viewing drive statistics on your computer. The GoFlex drive stands vertically or horizontally for integration into any desktop environment and is compatible with both Windows and Mac operating systems.*
