The X370-205US 13" Notebook Computer (Chocolate Black) from MSI is a slim notebook computer that emphasizes portability. It is only 0.23" at its thinnest point and 0.9" at its thickest. The entire MSI notebook only weighs a trim 3.85 pounds...and that's including the battery. The unique diamond-pattern finish gives this MSI notebook a stylish look to set it apart from the sea of generic black and white laptops.
The 13" display has a 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio and is backlit with LED lamps, which are more energy efficient than their CCFL counterparts. The integrated AMD Radeon HD 6320 graphics allows this MSI notebook to have a 1366 x 768 native resolution as well as full HD image quality.
The system is powered by a dual-core 1.65GHz AMD E-450 accelerated processor. It also has 4GB of DDR3 RAM, a 500GB 7200rpm hard drive, 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi, built-in 1.3 megapixel webcam and SRS Premium speakers. Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit) is the installed operating system.

This notebook is sleek, lightweight and has all the power I need for working remotely and personal use. You can't beat the price on this model compared to equally equipped competitors notebooks. It may be a lesser known brand but the product is hands down the best bang for your buck. I would highly reccomend it.

Purchasing this laptop was a risk -- I had never seen one in person before I bought it, so wasn't sure whether or not I was going to like it. I was looking for a MacBook-Air-like laptop, with similar dimensions, but PC-based and a smaller price tag.
I've been pretty satisfied with this laptop so far. It's best features are the screen (amazing colors and definition!) and the battery life. It also has a very small power adapter, which is convenient for traveling.
The keyboard is ok. It feels a little chintzy and it's taking me a little while to get used to the layout (some keys are smaller than usual, some are in an unexpected location). The click bar is decent and responsive, but I'm still adjusting the settings on the touch pad to my liking. The computer's fan makes a little bit of noise, but it's not terribly disruptive.
As far as software goes, I am having some troubles with the pointer freezing up after the computer is "woken up" from hibernation.
All in all, after a few weeks of ownership, I'm glad that I bought this laptop. It's affordable, lightweight, and has just enough basic features to meet my needs.
