The VAIO L23 VPCL234FX 24" All-in-One Desktop Computer (Black) from Sony is an all-in-one desktop computer with an intuitive multi-touch display. You'll be able to manipulate objects on the screen using easy-to-learn gestures, including flicking, pinching, and tapping. A wireless keyboard and mouse are also included for traditional input. The keyboard is a full-size model, with standard key spacing, and a dedicated numeric keypad.
The computer is no slouch when it comes to multimedia. You'll be able to enjoy Blu-ray movies on its Full HD 24" 1080p display. Its optical drive is also capable of burning or playing DVDs and CDs. For chatting online or having multimedia fun, it includes an integrated webcam, microphone, and speakers. The included VAIO Creativity Suite software bundle includes Media Gallery to organize your movies and music and PMB VAIO Edition for photo management and editing. The bundle also includes Sony Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 10.0, ACID Music Studio 8.0, and Sound Forge Audio Studio 10.0, so that you can create and export movies or music from the get-go.
The computer is powered by a dual-core 2.4GHz Intel Core i5-2430M CPU, which also relies upon the integrated Intel HD Graphics 3000 for processing visual-related tasks. Beyond the CPU, the system is loaded with 4GB of RAM, and a 1TB 7200rpm hard drive. For wireless connectivity, it supports Bluetooth 2.1+EDR and 802.11n Wi-Fi. For external storage or transferring files to your computer, this system supports Secure Digital as well as Memory Stick Duo flash cards and features USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 connectivity. Windows 7 Home Premium with Service Pack 1 (64-bit) is the installed operating system.
