The Satellite P775-S7365 17.3" Notebook Computer (Platinum) from Toshiba is a desktop replacement notebook computer. It has a large 17.3" TruBrite display, which has a true 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio, the standard for HDTVs. Its 1366 x 768 native resolution is produced with integrated Intel HD graphics. It also has native 720p support and is Intel Wireless Display ready.
The system is powered by a 2.4GHz Intel Core i5-2430M processor. It also comes with 6GB of DDR3 RAM, a 750GB 5400rpm hard drive, SuperMulti DVD burner, an integrated webcam and microphone as well as built-in harmon/kardon stereo speakers. Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit) is the installed operating system.

My health will soon dictate the need for a laptop, but for now this little powerhouse is being used like a desktop computer 75% of the time. The HDMI output is connected to my TV, the USB ports to my printer, remote keyboard, and remote hard drive, and I still have one open USB port. This computer is being used a lot for streaming video, which it does beautifully. I,m pretty hard to please, and returned two other laptops before settling on this Toshiba. It's a lot of computer for the money, I would buy it again and have already reccomended it to 2 friends. The seller, B&H, got this laptop to me overnight with free shipping. Kudos.

I was looking to replace my aging HP laptop with a new one. Being that I no longer own a desktop computer, I was looking for a laptop with a 17" monitor. With a powerful i5 process, 6GM of RAM, beautiful 17.3" inch display and a long battery life, this Toshiba fit the bill.
I've been using the laptop for 2 weeks now and am very pleased with the product. The only con that I could point out, is that the body of the laptop seems a bit "plasticy" in my opinion, and somewhat bulky. It compares poorly to the minimalistic aluminum body of my MacBook Pro that I use at work.
