BARSKA 1200-Lumen High Power LED Flashlight
Barska's 1200-Lumen LED Flashlight is a powerful tactical flashlight that's weapon mountable. The water resistant textured body provides a comfortable, secure grip and a beveled edge offers added protection. Its high-efficiency LED generates a brilliant, penetrating 1200-lumen beam that can easily blind an attacker momentarily. This flashlight is activated by a pressure-sensitive push on/off button, with three levels of light output, an SOS pattern, and strobing modes. Runtime for one set of 2x 18650 batteries is 2 hours at high output, and 6 hours at low output. A charger and 2x 18650 rechargeable lithium batteries are included.

I need the flashlight pretty rarely, just when I need to find something in a dark corner, or see something at night in my backyard. This flashlight is sure to store well and not give me trouble if I use it after it collects dust for a year or so, and is powerful enough and yet reasonable size for most uses. I am, however, not planning to use it for hunting (its primary purpose I believe) simply because I do not hunt.

This is probably one of the best flashlights I own. Very solid and durable. The bean is extremely bright and wide. There are multiple settings for the beam and even on the lowest brightness the beam is still very bright. The battery life is about 2 hours on the highest setting. The only drawback is the on/off/toggle switch is located on the bottom of the flashlight and not on top near your thumb.

I own many Surefire flashlights and they are excellent. This Barksa is as good if not better for less than a third of the price. Super powerful, well made, intuitive if slightly annoying tail cap. Requires you to tap over and over to cycle through high, medium, low, strobe, and SOS. Does have memory though and will turn back on to last used used mode. The medium and low power are also very bright.
I always prefer a light that has the ability to modify the beam throw, but this beam's reach and spread is just about perfect.
If you are in the market for one of the most powerful, lightweight, handheld flashlights and are put off by the hundreds of dollars usually required to obtain same, you can't go wrong here.
I love this light. The bargain of the century.
