The 36x80 Brass Refractor Telescope from Barska is a fully functional and powerful refractor telescope with high quality optics. With a large 900mm focal length the 80mm objective diameter will provide crystal clear images with good contrast and minimum distortion. The 25mm Plössl eyepiece is mated with a 45° correcting diagonal and a rack and pinion focuser, supplying comfortable, quality viewing. Other eyepieces with a 1.25" diameter can be interchanged making this a versatile and serious astronomical instrument.
The 36x80 Brass Refractor features polished brass components with a mahogany finished tripod. The brass and mahogany adds elegance to any décor. The erecting diagonal has the added feature of endowing an erect and correct image particularly desirable for land viewing. A brass cradle mount allows the scope to move smoothly in all directions. The handcrafted mahogany tripod has extendable legs with all brass fittings creating a visually pleasing, stable and secure platform for celestial viewing of the night sky or terrestrial viewing during daylight.
