Allow Multiple Users To Work In QuickBooks Simultaneously

While this feature was present in earlier versions, it's been improved upon in this incarnation: Multiple-user functionality now allows up to 5 people to work on a company file at the same time, increasing collaboration and productivity. This improves upon the previous allowance of 3 simultaneous users. The multi-user capability ensures that all users are working on the most updated data. You can also set user permission levels to control what information each user can access
