The MXL MC01 Large Diaphragm Condenser Microphone is affordable yet versatile enough to accurately reproduce vocals, instruments and amplifier cabinets in project recording and sound reinforcement alike. The microphone's large 1" diaphragm and FET output stage combine to provide a wide frequency response, accurate signal reproduction and minimal noise.
The cardioid polar pattern minimizes off-axis noise and feedback while maintaining its frequency response. The MC01 features a -10dB pad switch for maximizing headroom when capturing transient peaks. In addition to all this, the MC01 also features a low frequency noise roll off switch and ships with a shockmount.
