Comments about HP / Hewlett Packard TouchSmart 320-1050 20" All-in-One Desktop Computer:
It was doing fine until one day the screen went black and I could not reset. The only way I could turn it off from this point was to unplug it! HP told me to take out my ram and put it back in but I said no I want to send it in. Well, it needed to have the motherboard replaced. That's the piece of equipment that makes everything work in a computer hence the name. I use it for school and some simple games. I had to buy an external hard drive because HP had wiped out the computer and put it back to factory settings. They told me I should have them back up the system ($50) and I said no to a copy. It was going just great until the motherboard went out. :(

Comments about HP / Hewlett Packard TouchSmart 320-1050 20" All-in-One Desktop Computer:
Bought for home basic use. No need for heavy gaming, movie or video. Easiest piece of electronic gear I've ever set up. Ignore what looks like a remote wireless adapter in the unnarrated setup. It's not there and you dont need it. Just power up and go.....even remote printer setup was easy although the printer setup didn't remain for some odd reason a few days later and I had to reset it which was easy to do. Touch screen is nice but old mouse/keyboard habits are hard to break.

Comments about HP / Hewlett Packard TouchSmart 320-1050 20" All-in-One Desktop Computer:
I'm glad I waited until a HP All-in-One Desktop came along. No more tower taking up room, no more outside speakers and a new larger screen.
I feel rich and yet the price was little more
than a small flat screen monitor I bought some years ago.
