I have bought the tablet for quiet a while, the battery could last for about 6~8 hours long depending on the apps i use.

I go to work taking the train so i use the tablet to browse stuff for 1 hour at least, the tablet it self would be good only for browsing, it could go for 2 trips with out charging, after i bought this dock, it could work a week straight with out any other charging.

This is a big advantage to other tablets such as Ipads, i even use a 64GB SDXC card which works perfectly with this dock, use it to watch some 720p movie's or dramas on the way to work, use the keyboard to send emails which i would not have done with out buying this dock, since typing with your thumbs on this big screen is kind of silly

Using a portable wireless mouse would work perfectly with this dock too, if the android system was fast enough and stable enough to browse like a computer, you could do it.

only cons i can think about this dock is the weight and the angle of the screen, the weight is not too bad if your not carrying much, but it really builds up if you have alot of other kinds of papers in your bag. The angle of the screen does not make this easy to use for a lap top situation, even though it is an IPS screen.

This product made my TF Prime just awesome. Great to type with, but the mouse is a bit sensitivesa. Overall a great product.

We use the Prime paired with this dock in a corporate environment. It has actually performed better than expected and we had high expectations for this tablet. The dock works great; not only adding battery life but making the tablet far more usable while typing emails or editing Office documents. We also use the USB slot on the dock to connect a USB to ethernet adapter which works flawlessly to connect to our LAN.

I have only purchased this and am getting used to the tablet; however the Keyboard Dock is going to be a plus and so much better than carting around my laptop. I have problems using the keyboard on the tablet, so the dock is a real plus. Pricey, though well-made and offers more flexibility and usage re the tablet.

Purchased the docking station with my Transformer Prime and am VERY happy with the decision. It extends the battery life of the tablet very nicely!
Docking is easy and there is a very positive click, so you know that the tablet is securely docked.
I had read reviews that the keyboard is small. I would disagree. While it is not equal to a full size keyboard, it is no worse than using a laptop. The buttons have a nice positive feel and are a good size.
I am happy with my purchase and would highly recommend it to others!

This docking station is the perfect accessory to the ASUS Transformer Prime tablet. It is light, metallic, and strong with solid connections, and has a great hinge that allows you to vary the viewing angle. It has a slim profile yet adds a great keyboard, a USB port, a micro port, and additional battery. Well designed and very functional.

Not too small to really type easily. Matches the tablet color perfectly. Nice soft button action and has additional connections that I find very helpful for storing books, movies, music, etc.
Overall an excellent addition to the matching Tablet.
Worth the money to me easily.

Great keyboard. It protects the screen when closed. I love the media buttons and the ability to turn the touchpad off. They really thought this through. I can quickly navigate everything on the tablet without touching the screen if I want to.

Wonderful attachment to my TFPrime. IT ROCKS. I had the previous TF along with the keyboard and the keyboard attachment made the original a bit cumbersome and overweight. This attachment is LIGHT and supplies the listed amount of extra battery life to the TFPrime's already long lasting battery. I know I sound like a fan boy, but this product is definitely worth the praise. Good Job Asus!

The keyboard dock and the built in battery..is a life saver. The key layout is fine..the mouse pad could have been better..but I cannot complain. The USB port and SD ports helps too!

I'm rating it 5 star, with 1 small quirk (which may very well be operator malfunction) ... the cursor pops back to beginning of sentence/word/paper, etc in the middle of typing causing havoc and re-do's... The connection to tablet is sturdy, makes it really feel like a little laptop which keeps me in my comfort zone,I love it!

The keyboard docking station, like the name suggests, adds full keyboard functionality to the ASUS Transformer Prime tablet. The ease of typing out long office documents, blog posts, even status updates becomes so much more convenient that you will never use the onscreen keyboard on any other tablet for such tasks ever again. The mouse pointing capabilities, multi-touch gestures of the touchpad means that you'll never want to reach from your keyboard dock to the tablet screen most of the time, keeping your hands comfortably rooted.

The dock also includes a separate battery that can be used to charge the tablet itself. Combined with the tablet, you'll find this setup to be one of the only Android experiences where battery life is an almost non-issue! The inclusion of a full-sized SD card slot is a luxury, and the fact that it supports NTFS formatted SD cards up to 128GB (so far!) means that in the future, SD cards of up to 2TB might eventually be used in this - offering capacities outclassing any current tablets on the market without SD slots will ever bring. Finally, the single USB port on the right side of the dock allows for a multitude of expanded functionality. PS3 controllers are just plug and play, as are hard drives and other peripherals.
