The DPA 4006C Omnidirectional Microphone is a coveted favorite among industry professionals, and a viable solution for capturing vocals, close miking instruments, amplifier cabinets and other sources in live sound reinforcement and crucial recording applications alike. The 4006C features an omnidirectional condenser element noted for its linear high-frequency response and detail.
Closely position the 4006C to speaker cabinets, percussion instruments and other instruments while effectively maintaining a linear tonal response. Optional acoustic modification accessories, including nose cone and interchangeable protection grids, allows the 4006C to be acoustically transformed into different microphone versions without changing the phase and sonic character of the microphone. The 4006C's output stage provides faithful recreations of the original source material.
