Universal Audio UAD-2 QUAD Omni 6 DSP Accelerator Package
The UAD-2 QUAD Omni 6 DSP Accelerator Package from Universal Audio consists of a short form, full-height PCIe (Express) card for use in either Mac or Windows based native audio workstations. The bundle delivers powerful and flexible processing hardware packaged with the company's most complete plug-in bundle.
Specifically the bundle provides producers and engineers with fifty-three plug-ins that run on four Analog Devices SHARC chips. This allows for running large professional mixes with high-quality plug-ins, freeing up the host computer's internal processors for other mixing or virtual instrument duties. Whether using Pro Tools, Logic, Cubase, Nuendo or Performer, the package offers rich, analog sound quality with the ultimate in plug-in flexibility.
