The H800 Wireless Stereo Headset from Logitech lets you enjoy wireless music and conduct VoIP voice chats from computers, smartphones, and tablets. The headset is compatible with 2.4GHz and Bluetooth wireless technology for exceptional versatility. You can use the included USB nano receiver with your Mac or PC to send audio to the headset from up to 40' away. You can also pair the headset with Bluetooth-compatible smartphones, computers, and tablets to enjoy audio from up to 33' away, giving you plenty of options.
The headset has a lightweight fold-and-go design that lets you bring it with you wherever you go. The thick on-ear cushions and padded headband provide lasting comfort so you can listen for hours. The laser-tuned drivers minimize distortion for clear calls and music, while the built-in EQ optimizes your sound for chatting or listening to music. Controls are built right into one of the earcups so you can adjust volume, switch tracks, mute the mic, answer calls, and switch between devices easily.
The headset's microphone has noise cancellation technology that eliminates background noise, allowing your voice to be heard instead of your environment. The flexible, rotating boom arm can be precisely positioned for optimal vocal pickup, and then rotated up and hidden in the headband when it's no longer needed. The mic allows you to chat in multiplayer online games and with applications such as Logitech Vid HD, Skype, Yahoo Messenger, Gmail, Windows Live, and AIM. The internal rechargeable battery provides up to 6 hours of operation and recharges via USB for convenience.
Note! -Some functions of the headset may not be supported depending on the tablet, smartphone, and/or application. Windows users may need to install additional software, available at www.logitech.com/support, to improve music control.
-Actual wireless range will vary with use, settings, and environmental conditions.
-The headset can only connect to one Bluetooth device at a time.

Comments about Logitech H800 Wireless Stereo Headset:
I decided to buy it because I hate wires with a passion and I like logitech's products including their wireless. A few days after I bought I started having issues with it, so needed to return for another one. SO far it is pretty good, though the charging is annoying especially as it does not hold a charge for too long. The foldability is a nice feature. I am not sure it is worth the price just to be wireless. That is the only advantage over the other one I have.

Comments about Logitech H800 Wireless Stereo Headset:
Pros: Comfortable padding, BT & PC (DECT?) switch, foam pads are breathable and eliminate high freq. background noise, wireless, good enough bass.
Cons: On the PC connection, high pitch tones are slightly overdriven at times.
Note: I purchased it mostly for its microphone in the PC mode. Did not tested it yet in that mode - used it in BT mode only with good results.

Comments about Logitech H800 Wireless Stereo Headset:
While looking for a new headset for my PC I ran across the Logitech H800 and was intrigued because it was the only one I have ever seen that can connect both wirelessly via included UBS transmitter to my PC as well as to my phone and table via Bluetooth.
I take all of my calls on it either from my PC (Skype/Lync) or cell phone and have never had anyone complain of call quality. It has an easy mute button on the left ear so you do not have to fumble around on your computer or phone to mute and unmute while on a call. There is also an easy switch to turn the headset off, on Bluetooth, or on Wireless to easily and quickly switch between your devices.
It is perfect if you are looking for a versatile headset that you can switch back and forth from your PC to your phone for both online and cell phone calls. It exceeds expectations on ease of use and the range is about what I expected.
It is certainly not the headset for a heavy gamer or music listener looking for high quality sound. The quality is perfect for calls and fine for listening to music as background noise while working.
The battery makes it though a work day of multiple calls for me and if I forget to charge it, it still works while being charged via a USB cable unlike most Bluetooth/wireless devices I have used before.
I think the only improvement I could ask for would be to have a behind the head option.

I use for VOIP on Skype, as my phone for personal call center purposes (I made more than 100 calls a day), listening to music in between and talking on my ihpone through bluetooth. It is so versatile, works flawlessly. The mic is perfect.
The sound quality is pretty darned good for a do-it-all!
I've seen some other headsets that automatically mute when you swing the mic into the upright position. That would be nice, but there is absolutely no drawback to not having it.

Comments about Logitech H800 Wireless Stereo Headset:
The combination of RF and Bluetooth is well worth the extra $10 - 20$ compared to the Bluetooth only models. The RF has a little farther range than the Bluetooth. Yes, the 6 hour battery is a little short, but I like limiting my exposure to the computer.
My main long-term concerns are:
1. How long will the non-replaceable rechargeable battery last for the Bluetooth connection?
2. With average indoor home use only, will the materials last at least 2 years to get the ROI on this product?
3. Bluetooth synchronization is not seamless, but adequate.
Other comments: Practical, liberating and good for multitasking and not annoying housemates. Sound is good for non-audiophiles. It is an affordable primitive internet radio in a way if you toggle on I-tunes within a category. A great benchmark product to use before you commit to the $150.00 solutions. (Would I use this often if I bought it kind of thing!)
A USB extension cable though unsightly, allows you to put the dongle up high and the range is impressive. I live in a three floor unit and it can go through 3 floors for a 35 foot spherical radius!

I mostly use these headphones with my desktop PC for Skype calls. I use the included wireless dongle, and the sound is fairly decent -- certainly better than any of the small Bluetooth headsets.

Comments about Logitech H800 Wireless Stereo Headset:
It's a really convenient device. I can connect it with my PC and iphone without any issue. The microphone part is great. Headphone part is also nice, but definitely it can't give you the highest sound quality, but it's only [$]. Battery can last for about 4~6 hours. I wish Logitech can also provide us extra batteries and charger.
