I actually bought this to replace an ebook reader that was giving me problems - it is the perfect reader. It is my first full powered android tablet and am extremely happy with it. I have tried the eye-thing that one of my daughters has and this is much better. They should include a case, and the proprietary cable is not necessary - a regular usb port would be more logical.

I use the galaxy for mostly business purposes, and everything works great! The battery life is much better than I thought and the fact that it was on sale makes it even better. The Peel Remote app is GREAT if you don't update.
