The LiteTrek 4.0 DC Flash Head has a 400W/s capacity, delivered in 1-2 seconds with very short flash durations. The head comes with an umbrella reflector, power and sync cords and a removable stand mount. And what could be better than 1 LiteTrek head? Two heads of course, and that's exactly what's included in this kit.
Power is provided by the included Impact LiteTrek (LT) Battery Pack which supplies the head with 650 maximum power flashes and 3500 minimum power pops. The battery stage is removable so you can purchase extra power potential without hauling the extra weight. Even better, the battery alone is less than 1/2 the price of the complete system. The Battery Pack comes with a multi-voltage charger. also included is a sturdy 14.5 x 11 x 8.5" aluminum case which is configured to hold one complete LiteTrek system (2nd head does not fit). The LiteTrek 4.0 is compatible with Impact and Bowens bayonet-mount accessories when used with the optional, required reflector adapter. (B&H # IMBAFH)

"Being able to use a small, lightweight, super-portable pack like this just makes things so much easier. Being able to have studio-quality lighting on location, without hauling loads of gear around makes a big difference for anybody who thinks "less is more". Used this rig last week for a dusk shoot, and it worked like a charm and refreshed much faster than I was expecting."

Comments about Impact LiteTrek 4.0 DC Two Monolight and Mini LiteTrek (LT) Battery Pack Kit:
If you are looking for a multi strobe batt kit, this is a great one!
I looked around for a review on this two head system, found nothing, so I will attempt to answer some of the questions I had in this review:
1.The battery will power both strobes
however, since the battery has two different plugs, you are forced to use the 3m straight cable for one head and the coiled cable for the other, this really reduces the placement of the heads on location, Not sure if they sell longer versions of the straight cable for both plug types, but it would make this kit much more usefull.
2. recycle time is fast enough, even with two heads on full power.
it isn't instantanious, but it is fast enough, I tested with both heads on full power and it was about 3 secs between charges, much faster on lower power settings.
3. Both heads will not fit in the case.
You could get both in if you removed the reflectors, but since their is no protective cover supplied, you would have to find one somewhere. basically this is a single head set with an extra head thrown in.
4. The kit is super light.
The heads are crazy compact and light, yet the build quality is quite good, the only weak point in the kits build quality is the plastic stand mounts, already cracked one.
to summarize: This kit is great for the traveling photog, the home studio etc, but the limited reach of the cables makes it's application on a shoot quite restrictive...If you like to move your lights around and try different lighting setups using multiple strobes, I would reccomend buying two of the single head/batt kits instead...however if you are looking for a kit that can be used to do on location portraits using traditional lighting patterns then this kit will surprise you. Personally I will be picking up an additional battery soon.
Hope this helps.
