The highly-portable Lenovo 32GB ThinkPad 10.1" Tablet with WiFi & Tablet Pen is the perfect tablet for users who work just as hard as they play. It features a vibrant, LED backlit TFT LCD display with WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution, which is protected by scratch resistant Corning Gorilla Glass. The capacitive touch screen increases ease of use with its multi-touch support. Plus, the IPS technology affords an ultra-wide 178° viewing angle for sharing content on your screen with friends, family and co-workers.
Lenovo has outfitted the ThinkPad Tablet with the user-friendly Android 3.1 Honeycomb operating system, as well as a 1.0GHz NVIDIA Tegra 2 dual-core ARM processor. The Tegra 2 facilitates ultra-fast web browsing, quicker response times and more efficient multi-tasking performance. In this day and age, if the tablet can't multi-task effectively, it won't be able to keep pace with our busy lives. Luckily, this is not a problem for the ThinkPad, which also features a full 1GB of LPDDR2 memory. This much vertical memory affords smooth and seamless transitions between apps and pages. For storing all your digital media content, the ThinkPad is endowed with 32GB of internal flash storage, as well as a 3-in-1 memory card slot. The card slot allows for ample storage expansion.
For making both wireless and wired connections to other devices, the ThinkPad Tablet is accoutered with several connection options. It features a type C mini HDMI port for viewing stored and Internet content on an HDTV in full 1080p HD. Plus, HDMI supports an impressive 5.1 channel surround sound audio output as well. If you're into shooting home movies and taking lots of digital stills whenever the inspiration strikes, then the tablet's front facing and rear facing cameras will be a incredibly useful. If you're an Internet junkie, you can use the tablet's built-in WiFi to connect to the web at any WiFi hot spot or you can use it at home if you have a wireless network set up. The ThinkPad also supports Bluetooth 2.0, so you can wirelessly connect peripherals to the tablet via Bluetooth. Besides great function and a modern aesthetic, the Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet also affords spectacular entertainment and work possibilities. This is due to the Android 3.1 Honeycomb OS. Plus, the lightweight design not only looks great, it feels outstanding in your hands. It can switch automatically between portrait and landscape orientations as well. As an added bonus, the ThinkPad is even outfitted with an ambient light sensor and an assisted GPS sensor.
