The High Power Wireless-N 600mW Pro Smart Repeater from Amped Wireless is an outdoor and indoor solution for extending your Wi-Fi signal over a wide distance. Housed in an enclosure designed to brave the elements (such as rain), this repeater utilizes a 600mW amplifier and a High Gain bi-directional antenna for extending 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi signals to within a distance of 1.5 miles. The repeater also features an integrated Fast Ethernet LAN port and a Power-over-Ethernet port. The LAN port allows you to establish a wired Internet connection to your computer, gaming console, A/V player, or other Ethernet-enabled device. The PoE port allows you to power and operate the repeater up to a distance of thirty feet away, if you use the included PoE adapter and 30 foot PoE cable. Beyond having a PoE port, the PoE adapter also has a Fast Ethernet LAN port for connecting an external device to the Internet.

Beyond these capabilities, this repeater boasts a number of management and security features that give you added control over your network.
