Dot Line DL-DV110C Video & DSLR LED Light
The Dot Line DL-DV110C Video & DSLR LED Light is a powerful, versatile on-camera light that attaches to your camera's shoe and allows you to set color temperature at any level between 3000K and 6000K. Light output is also variable.
For the ultimate in convenience, the 110-LED light comes with both a rechargeable Lithium-ion battery and an adapter that allows the light to accept 4x AA batteries (batteries not included). This NP-F550/NP-F570-style battery lasts approximately 1.5 hours before you need to recharge it with the included 110-120V AC charger.
- Ball head features 90° tilt slot for creative mounting setups
- Shoes on every side of the DV110C – these allow you to attach additional units to create a larger, brighter panel
- Includes a snap-on front diffuser panel
- Accepts barn doors (DL-DV60BD) and filter kit (DL-DV60FK) – not included
- Charger is also compatible with 220-240V power with the use of optional plug adapters (not included)

Comments about Dot Line DL-DV110C Video & DSLR LED Light:
Not very useful due to flicker on the 1/2 and 1/4th power settings. Does not work properly with the AA adapter due to low voltage vs the supplied 7.2v battery. This unit needs at least 7.2 volts to operate correctly. The leds used in this fixture have the typical non uniform spectral colorimetry green spike thats notorius on cheaper led lights, hence a horrible low CRI. Construction is subpar for the price, it will definitely not hold up to hard use due to weak plastic construction, especially the diffusion and hot shoe ball mount. The led driver circuit used does not properly dim the led array and you can audiable hear the actual oscillations that the driver is operating the leds through pulse width modulation(PWM). This method for driving leds does not work for video and there will be flicker as can be seen on the lower power settings. The light also does not have any external power input should you decide to use it with an ac adapater. No other options for batteries, one must use sony handycam style batteries. The plastic tab that holds the battery in is fragil too and will not last long. I definitely do not recommend this for working pros or anyone due to the many shortcomings mentioned above. This was my first and LAST buy from Dot Line - you get what you pay for! Its being return asap to B&H!
