The Everfocus 4-Channel H.264 Digital Video Recorder with DVD-RW Drive (500 GB) records real-time footage at resolutions up to 1280 x 1024 in H.264 format, offering high-quality video at low data rates. You can configure the image resolution and frame rate for individual cameras to record in D1 resolution as well as CIF or 2CIF resolutions that utilize the entire 240 CIF FPS recording capacity of the unit.
With pentaplex operation, you can simultaneously view live footage, record, playback, backup, and access the network. Playback search is simplified, allowing you to locate events without having to slog through hours of recordings with options like time, event, and snapshot.
In case of any movement in the vicinity under surveillance, the motion detection sensor triggers an alarm and instantly sends out an email notification to your inbox. Recorded footage can be instantly viewed from miles away using a smartphone or PDA. A free DDNS service allows you to set up a remote connection to view the live footage from anywhere in the world.
Critical surveillance footage can be archived via USB 2.0 port or built-in DVD-RW for later use. For enhanced security, the DVR has a password protection feature that prevents unauthorized users from operating the system or viewing crucial data.
