The Drift HD LED Cable is a 3.3' (1 m) long cable with an Ultra Red LED on one end. It connects to the rear of your Drift HD Camera and allows the user to see if the camera is on or off, even when it's out of sight. The LED has two levels of brightness as well. If it shows a dim red color light, then the camera is just on. If the LED shows an intense and bright red color light, then the camera is on and recording.

Comments about Drift HD LED Cable:
Bought this so I could tell if my camera was recording or not while mounted on my motorcycle. Have several mounting options including on my helmet, most of which I can't see the camera. Unfortunately, the remote for the Drift doesn't always connect. Received the first unit and it didn't work out of the box. B&H promptly sent me a RMA with pre-paid shipping label. Received the replacement unit and it was DOA also. Now returning for refund. Also, even if it did work, the wire to the LED is very short and it wouldn't have been enough cable to reach from some of my mounting points to where I could see the LED while riding.

Comments about Drift HD LED Cable:
Right out of the packaging, plugged it in, turned the camera on... Got nothing. Pressed the record button... Got nothing.
Wiggled the connection... Still nothing.
