International orders*The Ikelite 6093 Underwater Housing for Canon HF M40 is a clear polycarbonate case that enables you to shoot underwater with your Canon HF M40 camcorder. The design provides a full view of the camcorder and its control functions. Important functions are accessible through the housing via mechanical controls. Access to the camera's touchscreen menu functions, including white balance and manual focus, is given via 2 controls. The housing's controls are depth rated to 200' (60 m).
The camcorder's large LCD viewing screen can be easily viewed via the External Mirror on the side of the housing. Simply open the Canon's LCD monitor, rotate 180° and fold back against the side of the camcorder. (Actual image will be reversed when viewed through the mirror).
The included 3.0" flat glass port features a 67mm thread enabling the use of the optional #6420 Ikelite lens or 67mm threaded wide angle and macro lenses available from other manufacturers. The W-20 is a 0.56x wide angle conversion "wet lens" which you can remove and replace while beneath the surface of the water. Slight vignetting will occur in the widest angle setting when an external wide angle lens is attached (lenses not included). Special ports are available for use with the optional Raynox DCR-730 / DCR-731 high resolution wide angle lens. These ports are sold separately as dome port #9306 or flat lens port #9306.1. The optional #6480 Ikelite WP-80 Wide Angle Port is designed by world-renowned Fathom Imaging to deliver the ultimate in resolving power. (Ports / Raynox lens not included; Raynox lens not available for purchase through Ikelite.)
The included aluminum tray and handles can be removed with just two nuts for packing. The housing includes two 3/8-16 threaded stud mounts with wing-nuts for attachment of PRO-2800, PRO-V8 or Pro Video mounting arms for underwater lighting. Optional weighted bases are available for added stability above or below the surface.
The included UR / Pro Color Filter offers color correction in tropical blue water, with available sunlight up to 80' (24 m). The optional filter 6441.81 is also available to achieve more natural tones in green water settings. Color filters such as these help restore tones that tend to get lost underwater, thereby imbuing your beneath-the-surface photography with more color richness and vibrancy.

Comments about Ikelite 6093 Underwater Housing for Canon HF M40:
This is a nice housing and works well with my Canon Vixia HF M-41. Camera is easy to load into the housing and all controlls work well with a little practice.
