The AKG Audix MicroBoom Carbon Fiber 24" Boom without Microphone is a carbon fiber rod that can be used with any of the Audix Micros series condenser microphones. The MicroBoom is ultra lightweight and is able to attach to any microphone stand, making it the perfect problem solver for many miking applications including cello, acoustic bass, timpani and more. The stand adapter designed for the MicroBoom allows for total control over the angle, rotation, and position of the carbon fiber rod.
