Iogear 2-Port USB Cable KVM Switch with File Transfer
The 2-Port USB Cable KVM Switch with File Transfer from IOGEAR is an exceptionally easy, plug-and-play way to view content from two computers and transfer files between them. In total, this cable allows you to share a VGA monitor, a USB mouse, a USB keyboard, a set of powered speakers, and a microphone between two computers. If you opt to connect a USB hub instead of a USB mouse, you can expand the number of peripheral devices that you can use.
Beyond these features, the cable has built-in firmware that allows you to transfer files between two Windows-based systems. In addition, if you are running Windows 7, the cable supports IOGEAR's Dynasync technology, which provides EDID support. That means, if you're running Windows 7 on each computer, your monitor will display the appropriate resolution without asking you to set the resolution. This cable is compatible with computers running operating systems beyond Windows, including Mac and Sun.
