The UDH01B USB Audio D/A Converter (Black) from Teac is a dual digital/analog converter containing two BurrBrown DAC chipsets (Type 1795) and a Tenor USB audio interface. It allows you to connect it to almost every source imaginable including your computer to stream audio via a USB cable from your computer through your stereo system.
The UDH01B is supplied with both balanced and unbalanced audio output connectors and a headphone connector complete with separate volume control. It has coaxial and optical inputs and both XLR and RCA outputs.
This DAC also has a unique feature in that it also includes a stereo headphone amp with a separate volume control. Sampling rates can be up converted to as high as 192 kHz as designated on the front panel for high resolution playback from your PC or other sources.

- These components make the UDH01B equal a stand alone, high performance external sound card
- This means that digital audio data from an external PC will be converted to an analog signal in high resolution Hi-Fi quality using up to 32-bit, 192kHz conversion technology
- The resulting analog signal can be sent to either a set of active loudspeakers such as the matching TEAC LS-P01, or to an external amplifier
- The UDH01B is supplied with both balanced and unbalanced audio output connectors and a headphone connector complete with separate volume control
- Two audio inputs (digital RCA and optical) allow connecting additional sources i.e. CD or DVD player
