The STL-VariColor 320 On-Camera LED Light from Stellar Lighting Systems is a remarkably large, bright light that, at only 4 oz, won't overload your DSLR rig. The 1600 lumen, 320-LED light changes colors like true chameleon, with a dial that offers continuous adjustment from a warm 2800K to a very cool 6500K.
This light has a nice, soft spread pattern, and a diffuser is included. To create a truly powerful on-camera light source for nightclub & outdoor nighttime interviews, you can mount an identical unit (sold separately) on top of this one, shoe to shoe mount. Or use the resulting dual-light on a light stand for any type of videography – you'll have a LED light with a function & form factor similar to that of a Litepanels 1x1 Bi-Color.
Adding to the light's affordability, the STL-VariColor 320 includes a Sony NP-F550-style battery as well as a charger and an AC adapter. The included mount is a ball head that has a shoe mount at the bottom; it attaches to the light's 1/4"-20 thread, which itself is drilled into a shoe mount.
