This is a clever cover. It doesn't simply fold up like other covers. I'm not sure, however, if this cleverness actually adds anything that you couldn't otherwise get with other covers for other tablets. The way this cover is designed also makes it harder to stand up your tablet on non-flat surfaces (such as your lap). But it still works.
One thing to note is that the slots where the cover fits on the Transformer Prime are covered by inconspicuous rubber, and you must remove it in order to install the cover. You'd think this would be mentioned somewhere, but I could not find such instructions anywhere.

I was really expecting an iPad-like smart (magnetic) cover but that it not what this is. The only thing holding the cover down is gravity. That said, I did have a little difficulty installing the cover. You first have to remove the plastic stops along the bottom edge of your device. Their instruction manual (pictures only) didn't show that step. Other than that hang up, it works well. Will NOT work in conjuction with the keyboard.

The cover is okay, it covers the screen of the tablet but it has no magnets like the ipad cover to hold it in place, it also seems a little oversized when over the screen. The tablet's 40 pin connector is located right where the cover attaches and cannot really be used while the cover is folded up to make a stand. All in all it's an okay cover, it doesn't really have the quality to merit the price, and doesn't seem fully thought out. I stopped using it and am now just using a sleeve instead.
