The Swann DVR4-2550 4 Channel Digital Video Recorder with Smartphone Viewing offers real-time digital video recording and monitoring, allowing you to turn your computer into a surveillance hub. With the pre-installed 500 GB SATA hard drive, you can record for at least 120 days non-stop from 4 cameras and even longer with motion triggered recording.
The DVR4-2550 supports up to D1 resolution and frame rates of up to 120 fps (combined). You can choose from manual, motion, and schedule modes to record videos as per your requirements. Recorded videos can be viewed locally, over the internet or via a 3G smartphone (using the SwannView app). The DVR offers easy configuration to any router with UPnP (Universal Plug n Play) capability. You can transfer the recorded video to a USB flash drive or send it to a server via internet to back up the recorded footage.

I bought this DVR and 4 Swann cameras to watch my kids when I'm at the office. I live in Brazil and asked for professional installation but the video board doesn't work and one of the cameras (Swann also) is not working at all. I would't recommend the product if you live outside U.S.
