The Panasonic SC-BTT270 Full HD 3D Blu-ray Disc Home Cinema System is a home theater in a box complete with 3D-capable Blu-ray Disc player. It includes four satellite speakers, center speaker, subwoofer, iPod dock and remote control. It's Wi-Fi-equipped for streaming content from the Internet or elsewhere on your home network. As a multi-system player, the SC-BTT270 is a multi-zone disc player that can be used in countries with PAL or NTSC video systems and with U.S. or overseas electrical systems.
- Complete Surround Sound Speaker System
- Once you attach the included five speakers and subwoofer, you'll be positioned to enjoy cinema-like sound in the comfort of your home. The system decodes Dolby Digital Plus, Dolby TrueHd, DTS-HD Master Audio Essential and DTS-HD High Resolution Audio
- Cinema Surround Plus
- Beyond the 5.1 channels of audio output to the discrete speakers, a 7.1-Channel Virtual Surround Effect is created through virtual speakers by the Cinema Surround Plus algorithm. The result is a theater-like effect that is heard not only horizontally but also vertically, so you can enjoy your favorite movies with an enhanced level of dynamic surround sound.
- iPod/iPhone Capability
- The home cinema system enables you to enjoy the music, video and photo content on your iPod or iPhone. The list of iPod/iPhone content can be displayed on the TV screen, and you can use the remote control from the home cinema system or a VIERA TV to select and play it.
- Stream Content from the Internet or Home Network
- Using the built-in Wi-Fi capability, you can select a variety of content including weather and stock information from Internet sites through the Viera Cast menu. The system is Digital Living Network Alliance (DLNA) enabled for streaming media stored on your local area network, too. An Ethernet jack can be used in lieu of Wi-Fi.
- 3D Video Capable
- The system supports a 3D TV and 3D Blu-ray Disc titles. A 2D-3D Conversion feature makes it possible to convert images from DVDs and Blu-ray discs into 3D with natural depth perception. So, you can watch DVD movies you already own in 3D for even greater viewing enjoyment. The system's 3D Effect Controller lets you moderate the leaping effects of 3D pictures. That way, you can adjust the amount of depth according to taste.
