The HighPoint RocketRAID 2760A SAS 6 GB/s PCI Express 2.0 x16 Host Bus Adapter is well suited for a variety of professional, high density and high performance storage applications such as digital video editing and content creation.
The RocketRAID 2760A HBA directly supports up to 24 SAS/SATA HDDs and SSDs in a variety of RAID and non-RAID configurations including single disks; JBOD; and RAID 0, 1, 5, 10 and 50.
- Simplified, Robust, High-Connectivity
- The industry standard Mini-SAS port connectors provide the flexibility needed to meet the requirements of single or multiple chassis environments, and ensure easy and swift integration into any professional storage platform. Each Mini-SAS port can directly support up to four SAS/SATA storage devices.
- Easily Integrated into Existing Hardware and Software Environments
- The RocketRAID 2760A is fully backwards compatible with SAS/SATA 3 GB/s devices, PCIe 1.0 and 2.0 motherboards and is compliant with all the major operating systems including Windows, Linux distributions and FreeBSD.
- Unified Storage Management Interface
- All RocketRAID 2700 HBAs utilize HighPoint's unified web based management interface, which allows both novices and experts to quickly configure, manage and monitor storage configurations. Command line interface packages are available for Linux and FreeBSD distributions.
