The Aspire TimelineX AS5830TG-6642 15.6" Notebook Computer (Cobalt Blue) from Acer offers powerful dual-core Intel processing performance, various Wi-Fi connectivity options and rich media features for a fast, responsive PC experience. This Acer notebook delivers everything you need to stay connected to social networks, power through all your daily activities and multitask with ease.
The 15.6" HD CineCrystal display features LED backlighting and a 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio, which is also the standard for HD monitors and HDTVs. The nVIDIA GeForce GT 540M graphics card with 1GB of dedicated memory supports the 1366 x 768 native resolution on this Acer notebook. Watch movies, view photos and play PC games in stunning image quality.
The system is powered by a dual-core 2.5GHz Intel Core i5-2450M processor. It also has 6GB of DDR3 RAM, a 500GB 5400rpm hard drive, a SuperMulti DVD burner, 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi, a multi-in-1 digital media card reader, an integrated webcam and microphone as well as built-in stereo speakers. Can't remove battery which is the only negative I can think of

I have been using my Aspire TimelineX AS5830TG-6642 15.6" Notebook for two weeks and find it just great.
Bought it for my academic and office work including mathematical calculations and drawing, and it does the job well. I have chosen this notebook for its balanced processor and memory, for the stylish look and decent battery life. The screen is crisp and bright, the sound is solid and deep. It is quiet, I can rarely notice the sound of a cooler.
Do not see any drawbacks. Completely satisfied so far.
