The now legendary Nikkor 35mm f/1.4 AIS Manual Focus Lens was introduced specifically for press photography. It was and still is among the fastest wide angle lenses available. High speed, high image quality, focusing down to 12" and rugged construction - this lens has it all.

This lens is constructed in the classic all-metal Nikon style to extremely high standards. Nikon's Close-Range-Correction (CRC) assures image quality at near focusing distances. Despite its high speed Nikon has maintained their convenient 52mm filter size on this lens.
