The 4-1/2" Grip Head With 1/8" Stud and Receiver from Kupo has a 5/8-inch and 3/8-inch V-shaped jaw, an oversized handle to crank down on heavy loads, and a non-slip aluminum friction disc. This grip head's purpose is to convert a junior stand with a combo head into an overhead stand.
