The Ikelite 5610.03 Underwater Video Housing With Flip UltraHD Video Camera Kit from B&H consists of an underwater housing and a Flip UltraHD camera, enabling you to capture images and video beneath the surface. The housing, which is compact and simple to use, features a depth rating of 200' (60.96 m). All camera functions are fully accessible via mechanical controls. The easy open latch and drop-in camera loading make setup a breeze.

As you descend beneath the ocean's surface, red and orange hues quickly become muted shades of blue and gray. The included UR / Pro color correcting filter for tropical blue water replaces some of the colors that are lost and gives your video more natural tones. The filter is effective in 80' (24.4 m) of water or less, depending upon conditions. The optional #6441.71 color filter is available for use in green water (not included). The optional Ikelite Pro-V8 LED Video Lite (not included) provides an alternative way of correcting for underwater color loss. It has a warm, even 45° beam angle with a 10 hr burn time. The flex arm enables the light to be repositioned effortlessly. The Video Compact Tray #9523.51 (not included) is required.

The closer you are to your subject, the better your underwater video will be. The use of a wide-angle lens enables this to happen. By eliminating as much water as possible between you and your subject, you increase contrast and enhance color. You can attach the optional 67mm threaded #6420 Ikelite W-20 lens (not included) to the housing via the optional port adapter #9306.78 (not included). The wide angle conversion lens may be attached and removed underwater for maximum versatility.

The Flip UltraHD Video Camera (White, 2 Hours) boasts 8.0 GB internal flash memory capable of storing up to 2.0 hr of 1280 x 720p HD video. Benefit from a fixed focus lens with 2x digital zoom, plus a 2.0" (5.1 cm) LCD screen for framing and playback. The UltraHD features a super-slim design, image stabilization, and compatibility with "Designed for Flip" products like docking clock radios via the FlipPort.

When you're ready to share your files, the signature flip-out USB arm connects to your PC or Mac for video transfer. Upon connection, the pre-loaded FlipShare software starts up, enabling actions such as editing, uploading to social media sites, capturing still images from video, and more. You may also elect to share your videos on an HDTV via the HDMI Micro Type D connection and an optional HDMI cable (not included).
